Al comes to the recruiting industry with a wealth of experience in attracting and retaining top talent in Corporate America. With over 30 years of experience at some of the best companies in America, Al has truly "walked the walk". He always has attributed much of his success in the business world to the "art" of successful recruiting. That is, the ability to surround oneself with top talent to ensure the best results for the organization.
Al's career spans nationwide and indeed worldwide success stories in various fields. He has held such positions as Senior Manager of Purchasing, Director of Operations, Vice President Marketing, Corporate Vice President and President. He successfully led numerous restructuring and outsourcing opportunities in well-known organizations. In addition, he has taught for a major university for over 17 years in the areas of general management, strategic thinking, procurement, sales management, and supply chain management.
Al received his B.S. Degree in Business from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. also from the University of Richmond.

Lori is an extremely successful Certified Senior Account Manager with 14 years of experience in operations and recruiting combined. She has many years of experience in placing highly effective candidates in Pharmaceutical and Specialty Chemical Industries from Product Development through Commercial Manufacturing. Lori has a deep understanding of the positions that she works and their impact both to her clients and to her candidates. As a manager, trainer and recruiter for one of the country's premier transportation companies, he knows that successful organizations must have the right people in the right places in order to move forward. Len will make sure that our clients and candidates find the right matches. Along the way, it's his commitment that our clients and candidates will experience only the highest level of service.
Len earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hampden-Sydney College and Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University.

Jerry is a skilled senior executive with a 30-year career in successfully growing businesses and recruiting the very best talent to run these organizations. He has led teams and divisions for companies of all sizes (Fortune 100, regional, and two successful start-ups).
These companies have been extremely successful - a regional company tripled sales in six years (plus $140 million), and a start-up introduced new data and decision making to the industry. From these experiences he has learned the art of defining the resources needed for a company, and then finding the highest quality people for these positions. He is an astute listener to both clients and candidates, and works hard to match the personalities, culture, and behavior characteristics of both groups.

Chris joins The Colonial Group with outstanding credentials both from a technical perspective as well as administratively. He has excellent communication skills and a willingness to succeed in whatever he does and knows very well what customer service is all about. He is outstanding in internet work, client research, mining data and database management. He has lived in the Richmond area almost all of his life and knows a lot about the businesses in the area. He has also done a substantial amount of successful research work in manufacturing, the food industry, pharmaceuticals, CPG and others. Chris graduated with a communications degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
